Jossy believes in human connection through the process of listening, sharing and healing.
Jossy has more than 14 years of experience training and working in mental health services both in UK and Australia. He is a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in UK (MRCPsych) and Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in Australia and New Zealand ( FRANZCP).
His areas of interest include General Adult Psychiatry, Adult ADHD and Schema focused psychotherapy. He is presently training in integrative medicine with the Australian College of Nutrition and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM).
When he is not working, he enjoys time for himself through walks, meditation and Yoga, reading and listening to podcasts, and spending time with ‘my beautiful family and my wonderful friends.’

Dr Vicki Trethowan – Counselling Psychologist (MAPS, FCCOUNSP) (Torquay and Newcomb)
Vicki is a Counselling Psychologist who has over 30 years’ experience working in public and private sectors. She specialises in working with adults, adolescents and children presenting with trauma symptoms, PTSD, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, relationship and personal issues.
Vicki is registered with Medicare, TAC, Centacare, WorkCover, NDIS, Victims of Crime, Veterans and Veterans Family Counselling (VVCS) and Psychological Therapy Services (PTS).
Vicki uses a client centred approach utilising Cognitive Behaviour Therapy strategies, Acceptance and Commitment techniques, Mindfulness strategies and Problem Solving skills to empower clients to make informed decisions.

Ms Tendai Chirawu – Psychologist (Newcomb)
Registered with TAC, Workcover & will Bulk Bill all students and clients on a pension or healthcare card with a MHCP. Works with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment difficulties and relationship difficulties. In addition, Tendai has a special interest in working with African Migrants

Registered with PHN. Teegan offers therapy for children, teenagers, and adults with a broad range of presenting issues. These include mood disorders, anxiety and panic disorders, self-harm, trauma, grief, phobias, and behavioural and adjustment issues. In addition, Teegan has a professional interest in working with adolescents and adults experiencing, or who have experienced family violence, sexual assault and symptomology of these i.e. PTSD, Depression and Anxiety.
Teegan uses evidence-based practices incorporating a wide range of therapy approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, schema
therapy, EMDR and positive psychology. Her therapy approach is aimed at enhancing an individual’s ability to cope through drawing on their strengths and helping them to identify positive strategies for growth in their lives.

Rameen Razmara – Occupational Therapist(Newcomb, Torquay & Lorne)

Rameen has 23 years’ experience working in mental health and counselling roles within the public and private sectors.  He specialises in working with adults and adolescents presenting with Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Substance Abuse and PTSD. Rameen also has extensive experience in suicide prevention.
Rameen’s approach is client focused and collaborative, incorporating meaningful activity to assist clients and their families towards positive outcomes.
